Who receives it. With your agreement, we may share relevant details with our partner lawyers and accountants. Our email provider processes contact messages for us.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months. Client records may be kept longer where required by law.
Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

How we're paid
We charge you a fixed fee for our services, agreed in writing before we start. Some partners (for example insurers or estate agents) may pay us a referral fee. If they do, we tell you before you sign anything.
